参红补血颗粒薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘    要:采用薄层层析法对参红补血颗粒中的红景天、红参、黄精、白术进行定性鉴别.结果表明,红景天、红参、黄精、白术的薄层图谱清晰,并且阴性无干扰.建立的鉴别方法简便,可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用作参红补血颗粒的质量控制方法.

Identification of Shenhong Buxue Granule by TLC

Abstract:TLC was performed to identify integripetal rhodiola herb, Red Ginseng, solomonseal rhizome, Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome of the Shenhong Buxue Granule. The results show that the above four herbs could be detected by TLC, and spots on TLC atlas were clear without interference. The methods are simple, reliable, strong specificity, reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Shenhong Buxue Granule.
