| 摘 要： | 大学章程认同是指章程利益相关者对即将或正在执行的大学章程在心理上的接受与认可,并实现趋同的过程.大学章程认同对大学章程的有效实施具有重要意义.目前,由于大学章程的制定和决策主体存在缺陷,预期值不高,道德性和法律地位遭受质疑,以及章程利益相关者信息不对称等原因,致使大学章程认同陷入了困境.只有构建广泛的利益表达机制,提升章程的预期值,提高利益相关者的认知水平,确保大学章程程序的合法性与道德性,同时营造制定实施大学章程的文化氛围,才能实现照章办学的理想.

| Abstract: | University statute identity refers to the stakeholders＇acceptance and recognition of the university statute that is in effect or will take effect. University statute identity is important to the effective implementation of university statute. At pres- idem, because of imperfection of university statute formulation and maker, low expectation, doubt about its moml/ty and legal status and asymmetric information of its stakeholders, university statute has an embarrassing status. Therefore, extensive inter- est -expressing mechanism should be set up, expectation on university statute should be raised, cognitive level of stakeholders should be improved, the legitimacy and morality should be ensured and an atmosphere in which university statute can be imple- monted should be created. Only in this way that universities can be managed in accordance with university statute. |
