| 摘 要： | 民事法律行为的概念具有丰富的内涵,同时也是一个发展着的概念,是一定生产关系的必然产物;体现着以发展的态度来对待人的“深化”、尊重人的选择、保护人的契约自由、彰显理性而拓展人权保护的范围;同时,这一概念需要从“合法行为”层面去进行完善.

| Abstract: | The concept of civil legal act is an evolving concept that has rich meaning. It is the natural product of cer- tain production relations. The concept means that people＇s choices should be respected, freedom of contract should be protected and human rights should be expanded. Meanwhile, the concept needs to be improved from ＂a lawful act＂ level. |
