| 摘 要： | 随着中国-东盟自贸区的成立及其世界经济一体化进程的加速发展，社会对国际商务人才产生了强大的需求。商务英语教师在人才培养过程中起着关键的作用，对高校商务英语师资现状及专业化发展等开展问卷调查，展开定量分析，提出师资队伍建设的有效途径：促进复合、合作教学、校企结合、加强培训。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of China- ASEAN Free Trade Area and the development of world economy inte- gration, the society has a strong demand for international business talents. Because business English teachers play a very important role in training the students, this paper makes an enquiry into the business English teachersj current condition in institutions. Based on the questionnaire survey and through a quantitative research, this paper puts forward suggestions to construct the team of business English teachers, such as promoting multi - competence, developing cooperation teach- ing methods, enhancing the combination between colleges and enterprises, emphasizing further education and training. |
