摘    要:离子液体双水相体系作为一种高效而温和的新型绿色分离体系越来越受到关注。本文介绍了双水相萃取技术和离子液体双水相体系;综述了离子液体双水相体系在生物分离中的研究进展,主要包括抗生素、蛋白质及其它生物活性物质的萃取分离;展望了离子液体双水相体系在生物分离中的应用前景。
