| 摘 要： | 教学团队建设是提升教学质量和高校核心能力的基础性工程之一。从分析教学团队的构成及其作用入手,总结目前教学团队建设中存在的问题,运用目标管理（MBO）的理论与方法,认为通过确立团队建设思路和目标、建设团队梯队、课程建设、创新实践教学内容、以科研促教学、培养学习型团队文化、建立目标考核制度等途径,能够有效提升教学团队的建设绩效。
