| 摘 要： | 通过对北方高校冬季体育课的现状和教师的基本能力的调查,针对当前区域性体育教师教学的特点,总结出北方高校体育教师应具备掌握和运用理论知识的能力、良好的技术与示范能力、运用科学合理的教学方法与手段的能力、实施美育教育的能力、指导学生运动和创新的能力和分析问题和解决问题的能力,并提出加强自学能力、增强体育教师理论知识的内涵、定期参加培训、更新知识和技能、加强人才资源管理、优化学历职称结构和教学、教研、训练相结合,在教学过程中互相辅助等措施,为北方高校冬季体育教学质量的提高提供理论参考。
