| Abstract: | The transformation of headmasters and the development of their majors put forward the new demand for the ability of headmaster- training institutions. Case study is an efficient training pattern to stimulate the development of headmasters' majors and to enhance the training ability. Probing into the essential connotation, main characteristics, functional evolvement and orientation of case study is considered as the basic problem which must be solved in the application of case study to headmaster training. |
