摘    要:校长转型及其专业发展对校长培训机构的培训能力提出了新的要求。案例研究是促进校长专业发展、提高培训能力的一种有效培训模式。探讨案例研究的本质内涵、主要特征、功能演化及其定位,是校长培训中运用案例研究模式必须解决的基本问题。

Abstract:The transformation of headmasters and the development of their majors put forward the new demand for the ability of headmaster- training institutions. Case study is an efficient training pattern to stimulate the development of headmasters' majors and to enhance the training ability. Probing into the essential connotation, main characteristics, functional evolvement and orientation of case study is considered as the basic problem which must be solved in the application of case study to headmaster training.
