摘    要:通过对元认知概念的探源及对元认知与阅读关系的分析,把元认知策略引入高职英语阅读教学实践中,提出了具体的读前策略、读中策略及读后策略,用以培养学生的元认知能力,提高学生的英语阅读水平。
