| 摘 要： | 政策执行是实现政策目标的关键，地方政府是政策执行的主要力量。近年来，城市房屋拆迁成为当前我国社会的热点和焦点问题。透过A市城市房屋拆迁政策的执行现状，文章概括出我国地方政府政策执行困境主要来自于四个方面：政策自身缺陷；政策环境复杂多变；依法行政不到位，政策执行水平欠缺；政策运行机制不畅通，缺乏协调。
