| 摘 要： | 中小学图书馆的现状与教育改革的深入、素质教育的全面实施极不相称,中小学图书馆在建设进程中遭遇了诸多困境,在学校中的地位、作用一直得不到正确的认识,本文就学校领导不够重视、管理员整体素质不理想、书刊质量良莠不齐等方面作了阐述。
