| 摘 要： | 高职院校基层党组织是党的基层组织的一部分。基于此,以学习型组织理论为基础,从发挥学院党委、党群机关、党总支和基层党组织的"四位一体"作用出发,提出加强高职院校基层党组织建设工作科学化、规范化建设的相关思路,以期不断提高基层党组织的行动水平,构建高职院校学习型基层党组织。

| Abstract: | Basic-level party organization in higher vocational colleges is a part of the basic-level party organization.Therefore,based on learning organization theory,this paper starts from the role of four-in-one unity of college party committee,party-masses organ,general party branch and basic-level party organization,and proposes some thoughts on the scientific and standardized party organization construction in higher vocational colleges in order to continuously improve the acting ability of the basic-level party organization and construct basic-level learning party organization in higher vocational colleges. |
