| Abstract: | In this article,we reviewed the registrations of the scientific and technological achievements in Hangzhou in the year of 2009,and analyzed characteristics of these achievements.By examining the existing problems,proposals for improvement were made on aspects including system construction,models of management,communication platform,and results applications etc. |
