摘    要:"双师型"师资队伍是高等职业教育人才培养质量的根本保证。本文首先对"双师型"教师的内涵进行了界定,对我国"双师型"师资队伍建设的战备起源和实施情况进行了简要的剖析,然后分析了高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状,提出了高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要途径。

Abstract:Double-quality teachers are the fundamental guarantee for the personnel training quality of higher vocational education.The paper defined the meaning of double-quality teachers firstly,and dissected the origin and implementation of double-quality teachers briefly.Then the paper analyzed the current status of double-quality teachers' construction,and proposed the main approach to construct the double-quality teachers.
