| 摘 要： | 现代高等教育的发展和变革 ,呼唤高品位学术期刊和高素质学者型编辑的产生。办好高教期刊有赖于编辑主体意识的觉醒和自身形象与素质的重塑 ,高教期刊所担载的历史重任 ,决定了高教期刊编辑不仅必须具有优秀的编辑素养 ,而且必须具有宽厚的学者底蕴和良好的学术造诣。本文从学者型编辑的角色分析入手 ,对走出编辑匠人化的误区 ,打造学者化的编辑队伍 ,提升高教期刊的学术品位 ,实现高教期刊与学者型编辑的互动进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper stresses the importance of scholar-editor. Modern higher education's development and reform calls for highly academic periodicals, which consequently rely on competent editors, who are good at both editorial work and academic research. Modern editors should get rid of the long-standing mistaken ideas of editorial craftsmen, and play a role of scholar-editor instead. |
