| 摘 要： | 建立双师型的师资队伍必须通过改革社会传统用人观念,建立多样化教师来源渠道,确定高等职业教育教师职业标准(资格),改革已有职教师资大学人才培养模式,确定双师型教师队伍建设规划,加强校内、校外培训基地建设以及培养一批专业带头人,建立岗位轮换制等长效机制加以实现。

| Abstract: | In order to build up the ranks of double-discipline teachers,it is imperative to change the social traditional ideas about personnel placement,to tap the sources of a diversified teacher,to define the teachers' professional standard in higher vocational education,to explore the new ways of training vocational college teachers,to draw up a plan for building up the ranks of double-discipline teachers,to make greater efforts to set up training bases at and outside college,to train leading scholars in specialized courses and to institute a system of taking turns holding a post. |
