| 摘 要： | 回顾我国以往治理腐败的历程可以发现，单纯依靠制度创新来防范腐败行为，在反腐败实践中已显得力不从心，于是一种新的治理腐败模式一网络反腐使出现在人们的视野。网络反腐是信息时代的必然要求，是提高党的执政能力的客观要求，更是增强广大公众民主参与意识的现实需要。网络腐败由于其自身的各种特点，决定它必将成为新时期的反腐利器。

| Abstract: | Looking back at the history of corruption control in our country, we can fred that relying solely on institutional innovation to prevent corruption in the anti-corruption practice has appeared to be inadequate. As a result, a new mode of fighting against corruption, online anti-corruption, appears in the people＇s vision. Online anti-corruption is not only a necessary requirement in the information age and the objective requirements to improve the Party＇s ability, but also the requirement of general public to enhance awareness ofdemocratic participation. Because ofits various characteristics, online anti-corruption will become an appropriate tool of anti-corruption in the new era. |
