| 摘 要： | 新时期需要新型人才,新型人才需要新型教师的培养,新型教师要有新的教育理念.文章结合新疆少数民族双语教学实际,借鉴近年来语言学理论和双语教学研究的最新成果,认为双语教师的新型角色应该是:双语双文化人、和谐师生关系的创建者、双语教学活动的策划者和引导者、双语教学的研究者,并对如何重塑双语教师的新型角色进行了初步探讨.同时认为这种探讨有益于少数民族双语人才的培养,有利于促进双语教学的发展.
