| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济转型的加快,高校图书馆应由传统型向数字网络化的复合图书馆转型。其中管理创新转型是图书馆转型的核心,人力资源是图书馆转型的原则,学科馆员制度是图书馆转型的制度保障,建设学习型图书馆是图书馆转型的支点,文献资源整合是图书馆转型的物质基础,服务理念上的转型是图书馆转型的关键。
