| Abstract: | The reason for the current situation that civil servants' motive force is insufficient is that relatively scientific motive force mechanism hasn't been set up. The motive force mechanism as a comprehensive system includes material motive force, development motive force and spiritual motive force. To fundamentally solve the problem of civil servant's insufficient motive force, it is necessary to design measures that can be used to stimulate civil servant's different motive forces and operate it well. |
