| 摘 要： | 浙江产业结构正在向二三产业并重、轻重工业构成优化、要素构成逐步向资本和技术密集转变等方向演变,而浙江省人才结构和层次还难以满足产业结构演变的要求,因此,浙江省的高层次人才培养需要在结构优化、机制完善和重点强化三大方面进行努力。

| Abstract: | The change of industrial structure presents the trend of balance of secondary-industry and third-industry,optimization of light industry and heavy industry and capital and technology intensive industry in Zhejiang province.The structure of human resource can not match the needs of the evolution of industrial structure,and the adjusting of human resource structure, perfecting of cultivation mechanism and strengthen of task emphases is the key for advancing the economy development. |
