| Abstract: | In order to implement the spirit of President JIANG Ze-min's important remarks on mass sports and accelerate the network popularization and socialization of community sports organization, this article discusses the community sports construction through using the method of documentary, investigation and comparison, systematic comprehensive analysis. |
