印度和英国教师教育评价体制比较研究及启示

摘    要:印度教师教育评价制度源于英国,但其在继承中有不断的创新。采用社会系统的分析方法,从政府和民间两个维度的研究发现,在教师教育认可、教师教育认证和大学媒体排行三方面,体现出印度对英国教师教育继承中的创新。分析印度探索建立适合本国国情的教师教育评价体制的努力,对于中国建立和改善教师教育评价体系有借鉴意义。建议依据目前中国的国情,在教师教育评价上建立以政府为主导、独立机构参与、新闻媒体监督为特色的教师教育评价体系。

Abstract:Indian teacher education evaluation system came from U.K,but it has some creations from the heritage.Using the analysis of social system,from two perspectives of government and civil,this paper showed that India made some innovations from teacher education accreditation,teacher education certification and the media rank of universities.It is advisable for China to establish and improve teacher education evaluation system.According to current national conditions, some suggestions are put forward to establish Chinese teacher education evaluation system with the characteristics of government-leading,independent organization's participation,media's supervision.
