| 摘 要： | 教师这一职业一直被认为是压力最大的职业之一。随着高校的不断发展,大学教师既面临许多机遇,也正在遭遇前所未有的工作和科研方面的压力,这些压力会给教师带来一些负面的影响。作为教师应积极应对,尽量减少自己的职业压力,保持身心健康,以便更好地工作。

| Abstract: | Teaching has always bccn regarded as one of the professions that arc under greatest pressures. With the dcvclopmcnt of univcrsities,their teachers not only face many opportunities,but suffer greatest pressures,pressures from work and scientific research,which bring bad effect to teachers.But teachcrs should face them positively,try to reduce them and keep sound in body and mind,so as to do better work and research. |
