| 摘 要： | 通过文献综述法和分析讨论法分析，对我国退役运动员就业安置的现状、意义以及对策进行了初步探索。其主要原因是由于基本素质差、总体人数多、无特殊专长的专业运动员，建议通过加强宣传，加强运动员文化学习、鼓励自主择业、完善就业培训和退役保障制度、为运动员就业创造良好的社会环境，帮助他们再次找到新的人生坐标。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and discussion, this paper makes preliminary analysis on current condition, significance and measurements of arrangement for employment of retired athletes. The main reason is poor basic quality, large quantity of total number and professional athletes with no specialty. It suggests that we should strengthen athlete＇ s knowledge learning, encourage job - hunting by self - determination, perfect job training and security system for retired athlete, create good social environment for athlete＇ s employment and help them to relocate life direction. |
