| 摘 要： | 就业是民生之本。大学生作为就业的一个主体人群,面对就业难这样一个困境,在就业观上难免会产生一些误区。因此,引导大学生转变错误的就业观念,树立正确的就业观成为了我们亟待解决的问题。马克思主义指导思想是我国社会主义核心价值体系的灵魂,以马克思的人的自由全面发展观来引导大学生,对其树立正确的就业观具有一定的积极意义。
