摘    要:高校教师绩效评价是高校管理体系中一个重要的环节。对高校教师工作进行科学、合理的评估有利于提高教师工作的积极性,有利于管理者有效管理与提升管理部门的形象。当前高校教师的绩效评价缺少人文关怀、重量不重质等问题,有必要从树立发展性绩效考评理念入手多管齐下建立健全科学的高校教师工作绩效评价体系,促进高校管理的更加完善。

Abstract:Teachers' performance evaluation in colleges and universities is one of important parts in the system of higher education management. A scientific and reasonable evaluation is a benefit to activate teachers' work, manage them effectively and improve the image of management departments. Currently, the evaluation lacks humanistic care, pays too much attention to the quantity instead of to the quality. So it is necessary to establish a systematic evaluation under the theory of developing the performance examination to better the higher education management.
