我国中小学教师继续教育政策的发展研究

摘    要:文章通过对我国中小学教师继续教育政策的分类及发展变化的分析,探讨了中小学教师继续教育政策改革的理念、目标与实施手段。文章认为新时期我国中小学继续教育政策应进一步向中西部地区及弱势群体倾斜,在加强对政策实施监控的同时,利用信息技术来促进优质教育资源的共享。为了保证继续教育的质量,我国继续教育政策应着重关注教育经费问题。

Abstract:This article aims to explore the rationales, goals and approaches for policy reform by analyzing the policy' s categories and changing trends of teacher professional development for elementary and secondary education. The authors point out that there are four key concerns for the policy development: first, the govermnents should put priority in the western regions and the disadvantageous groups ; second, the monitoring of policy implementation should be enhanced ; third, the advanced communicative and information technology should be taken full advantages to make high quality education resources shared by more people; fourth, we should pay much more attention on financing teacher continuing education.
