| 摘 要： | 本课题运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问座谈法和数理统计法,对山西大同大学(筹)教师参加体育健身的动机、对健身活动的认知程度、体育锻炼的时段和场所、参加体育锻炼的项目特点、体育健身活动的主要形式、用于健身活动的经费、影响体育健身活动的因素诸多方面进行了调查,在了解和掌握他们体育生活现状的基础上,得出结论,提出改进和完善的相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper make a detailed inquiry into the teachers' physical training in Datong university through the methods of questionnaire, interviewing and statistics. The survey includes teachers' motivation, and recognition of physical training and the period of time, place, forms and fees of participating in sports. Based on the findings, the authors draw a conclusion and put forward countermeasures and suggestion about it. |
