| 摘 要： | 促进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣，必须大力发展农村文化。当前，加强农村文化建设，要注意不断提高认识，真正重视农村文化建设。在政策上予以倾斜。要尊重和突出农民的主体地位，切合农村和农民的实际，采取灵活多样的形式，突出文明健康向上的特征，鼓励创新，扩大队伍，推动农村文化向纵深发展。
