| 摘 要： | 动画角色设计作为动画片制作的核心部分，关系到一部动画片的成败。国内绝大多数动画角色设计课程缺乏对学生策划意识的引导，从动画角色设计的相关基本要素入手，结合国内外经典影片的案例分析，概括、总结动画角色策划必要的基本要素，以理解策划角色的基本内容。提出了“角色创作，策划先行”的观点，试图引起国内高校对动画角色存在“重设计、轻策划”现状的思考。
