| 摘 要： | 民营化是我国城市公用事业进一步发展的取向所在。但在我国城市公用事业民营化改革进程中,存在一些制约性障碍。对这些障碍进行研究,提出切实可行的对策,对于推动我国城市公用事业民营化的顺利开展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Privatization is the way out for the further development of the public utilities in our country. But during the course of privatization, there exist a few executing barriers. In this paper, we will study all the barriers, and advance the countermeasures so as to make sure of performing the privatization of the public utilities in our country. |
