| 摘 要： | 工科院校几乎都有自动化专业,如何形成自己的就业竞争优势成为关键,为此提出"以特为本,以用立业"的办学理念,构建"本科学历+职业素质"的人才培养模式,以师资队伍建设为龙头,深化教学改革,优化课程体系,加强教材建设,创新校企合作,建立完整的教学监控体系,全方位提高人才培养质量。通过几年来的改革实践,学生的工程应用能力和职业素质显著提高,自动化专业也顺利通过江苏省品牌专业的验收。

| Abstract: | Almost all technological colleges have automation professional,how to form their own competitive advantages of employment becomes a key."special-oriented,around the application" educational philosophy is proposed,"bachelor’s degree & professional quality" talent training mode is built,the rank of teachers is treated as a leader,the teaching reform is deepen,the curriculum system is optimized,the teaching material construction is enhanced,the school-enterprise cooperation is innovated,the complete monitoring system of teaching is established,the quality of the training is improved in every areas.Through years of reform,the professional quality and engineering capabilities of students are significantly increased;automation professional has successfully passed the acceptance of brand professional of Jiangsu province. |
