| 摘 要： | 本文从“柔性管理”的性质和特点出发，重点分析了当前“90”后大学生的个性特点，同时分析了国际国内形势对高校思想政治教育的影响，提出了“柔性管理”的必要性，以及如何将“柔性管理”运用实施于高校思想政治教育中。
