| Abstract: | The paper explores the role of ideological and political theory teachers in Tibetan college. It also discusses the self-cultivation of the role. They should deepen the sensation of the role and understand the role in the ifrst place; secondly, establish a correct concept of students and enhance the professional self-identity; thirdly, they are supposed to strengthen the role relfection and adjust their role behavior. |
