| 摘 要： | 在国家大力发展职业教育的背景下，高职院校培养的学生质量能否满足市场的需求，已成为一个关乎学校生存和发展的重要问题。本文对目前我国高职院校学习的现状进行了分析，并提出了相应的对策，以期达到提高学生学习的主动性，使其获得与社会需求相一致的理论知识和实践技能，才能使他们在走上工作岗位时适应经济发展需要，成为社会需要的高技能型人才。

| Abstract: | Under the background of vigorous vocational education development in our country, whether the quality of higher vocational students can meet the needs of the market has become an important issue for a school‘s survival and development. In this paper, the current status of China＇s higher vocational colleges study are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed so as to improve students’ learning initiative and help them get consistence with the social needs in theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and enable them to adapt to the needs of economic development and become highly skilled personnel. |
