| 摘 要： | 现代人力资源管理理论为企业进行人力资源管理提供了一般的思维框架。对具体企业而言，尤其是中国企业如何利用现代人力资源管理理论进行人力资源管理则是一个需要不断探索的问题。扬州通裕集团在有中国特色的现代人力资源管理方面做了一些有益的尝试，他们做了三件事：“抓住现代人力资源管理‘牛鼻子’”、“从实际出发，寻求与现代人力资源管理的最佳结合点”，把有中国特色人力资源管理作为“企业发展的不熄引擎”。

| Abstract: | The modern management theory of human resources has provided a general framework of thought for enterprise managing the human resources. As far as the specific enterprise, in particular the Chinese enterprise is concerned, how to make use of the modern management theory of human resources is a problem worthy of being constantly explored. Yangzhou Tongyu Group has made some useful attempts in modern management of human resources with Chinese characteristics. This paper gives a probe into it. |
