“四寓”理论视角下高职大学生团组教学的研究

摘    要:以学生为中心教学法要求以团组形式开展教学活动,通过如何更好对学生进行分组分团的实操研究,分析团组教学的前提和意义,介绍团组教学的实操技巧,总结“四寓”原则,强调团组教学有利于激发学生的创造力、主动性和积极性,服务学生的职业能力发展。

Abstract:The student-oriented pedagogy usually takes the form of group activities. The paper discusses the pre- requisite and significance of group teaching as well as how to divide students into groups and carry out teaching. It summarizes the principle of "four combings"-combing moral education with knowledge teaching; combing entertainment with learning; combining practical skills training with theoretical teaching and combing peer competition with group co- operation. It emphasizes that group teaching is conducive to the inspiration of students" creativity, activity and initiative and promotion of students" professional ability.
