| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区的农村能否与信息时代同步前进?怎样才能实现信息化与新农村建设的有机融合?宁夏新农村信息化建设取得的成效与经验给予了肯定回答和积极启示:经济文化相对落后的地区,新农村信息化完全可以步入高标准、高效益、多功能、低成本的建设之路,可以实现公益服务与市场化运作的有机结合.
