| Abstract: | Making college administrative affairs public is not only the concrete reflection of college heads'practicing "Three Represents" , but the urgent need of democratic political construction in new era. All universities and colleges should set up the organism to make their administrative affairs public, painstakingly organize and overall plan them, do everything to the stuff's concerning and conscientiously make college administrative affairs public. |
