| 摘 要： | 通过运动学分析方法,对2008年北京奥运会我国5名达到A标运动员的投掷技术分析发现,孙太凤预摆和起转技术以及双脚的站位有很大问题;宋爱民有腾空时间短、旋转过程中重心和铁饼速度增加过快、右腿摆动弧线小、右脚着地过快等缺点;马雪君的右腿摆动弧线大,右脚抬得过高,增大了摆动半径,延长了左脚在地面停留的时间;徐邵阳有旋转阶段身体重心腾空过高、腾空时间长、着地不积极等缺点.

| Abstract: | After the kinematical analysis on 5 discus throwers in China who have reached Olympic standard A, it is found that Sun Taifeng has problems on the techniques of pre-swing, starting-turning and positions of feet. The actions of Song Aimin have the disadvantages such as a shorter flight time; the speed of gravity center and discus increased too fast; the arc line of right leg swing is not obvious; and the right foot lands on ground too soon, etc. Ma Xuejun has shortcomings including larger arc line of right leg; right foot is too high; the stay of left foot on ground is prolonged. Xu Shaoyang has a too high gravity center in the period of rotation and a too long flight. |
