| 摘 要： | 本文前半部分从文明形态转变说、社会形态转变说以及资源利用形态转变说三方面清理了现代化作为一种理念的内在涵义,试图为现代化问题提供某些共识基础。文章的后半部分分析了现代化的两个维度—既成的事实与未来的筹划。针对前者,作者认为,关于现代化的研究首先是历史的研究即现代化史的研究;针对后者,作者论证了后发现代化国家的现代化发展过程总是表现为政府和个人对未来的筹划过程,重要的是对筹划的方式、内容及其实施效果的评估。作者最后强调一个观点：东方的现代化乃至现代化史,不是自然而然地发生的,而是错综复杂的人为建构的。

| Abstract: | The first part of the paper clarifies the meaning of the idea "modernization" from three respects such as the transforming of civilization formation, of social formation and resources utilized formation. The second part of the paper analyses two dimensions of modernization: accomplished fact and plans for future. It points out that researches on modernization should primarily forcus on historical research. And then it expounds that the developmental process of modernization in the developing countries always characterizes that of the plans for future by countries and individuals, and it illustates the importance of evaluation, methods, contents and results of the plans. Finally, it stresses that modernization and history of modernization in the orient don't take place naturally, it might be a man made construction with complex process. |
