| 摘 要： | 青岛市服务外包人才培养工作已取得初步成效,同时也面临着新的挑战。结合目前存在的问题和制约未来产业发展的因素,分别针对政府有关部门、驻地高校及社会培训机构、服务外包企业三个方面,从不同角度对青岛市服务外包人才培养工作提出了发展对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The personnel training in the service outsourcing of Qingdao has achieved initial results, while it also faces new challenges. Based on the existing problems and the factors that will restrict the industry development in the future, the strategies and suggestions of personnel training in the service outsourcing are put forward from the perspectives of government departments, local universities, social training institutions, and the service outsourcing enterprises. |
