| Abstract: | The environmental tax is an important way to protect the environment. Developed countries have imposed it for thirty or forty years, and our country is actively preparing for the implementation. According to the investigation and analysis of the related departments and enterprises, if China imposes the environmental tax, over half industrial enterprises in Qingdao will be affected, which covers the industry of power, steel, chemical, oil refining, printing and dyeing, textile, shipbuilding, automobile, food and so on. The countermeasures dealing with ecological taxation are advanced, such as supporting the development of environmental protection enterprises, strengthening the enterprises emission standard, pushing for the environmental tax as one of the local taxes, and exploring the trading of pollutant emission rights. |
