| 摘 要： | 当前大学生就业难已经成为严重的社会问题,其中重要的原因是大学生就业道德素质不高,而导致就业道德素质不高的原因主要有社会环境的影响、学校重视不够、家庭教育的偏差以及大学生个人弱化道德要求。因此,高等学校必须采取切实有效的措施,努力提高大学生的就业道德素质。

| Abstract: | Currently the difficult employment for university students has become a serious social problem mostly due to the poor employment moral quality which is mainly caused by the influence of social setting, the ignorance of school, the bias education of family and the weakened individual moral requirement of university students.So some effective measures must be taken to strain to enhance the employment moral quality of university students. |
