| 摘 要： | 高校办学效益是以一定的对高等教育的资源投入，提供尽可能多的以人才为主的适应经济和社会发展需要的产出。发展学校规模是提高办学效益的重要基础，提高教育质量是提高办学效益的根本保证，学科专业调整是提高办学效益的重要途径，加强高校管理是提高办学效益的重要手段。规模、质量、结构和效益协调发展，办学效益才能持续提高。

| Abstract: | The effciency of running universities is measured by the maximum talent-oriented output that caters for economic and social development with reference to the resource investments in higher education. To improve the efficiency requires to enlarge the scale of academic institutions, to better the quality of education, to optimize the distribution of disciplines, and to strengthen the administration of universities. It is maintained that coordinating the development of the scale, quality, structure, and efficiency is the optimal approach for improving the effciency of running universities. |
