| Abstract: | ＂The non-relief right is the non-safeguard right＂ .The higher education law relief has the function of manifesting the democracy and signing the governing by law. This article is to elaborate the characteristic and significance of the higher education law relief and point out the ways of higher education law relief so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of college teachers and students legally. |
