广东省企业高管胜任力的模糊测度研究

摘    要:通过对广东省企业高管进行调研取得的资料,针对问题的模糊不确定性,构建评价其胜任力的测度指标体系和模糊测度模型,以实证的方式说明该指标体系和模糊测度模型的有效性、可靠性和实用性,基于定量测度的结果,就企业高管胜任力的提升提出相应的对策建议.研究为广东省企业高管胜任力评价及其提升提供一种新的思路,因此,具有较高的理论与应用价值.
