| Abstract: | The problem of idle land in cities is a big one in the management of city land utilisation, and also the topic of general interest today's governments at all levels and the whole society show concern about. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the problems and their causes, this paper puts forward the proposal to improve the related land construction of legal system so as to resolve the problems of idle land in cities radically. |
