| 摘 要： | 教师是教学活动的主体。教师不但教书，而且育人。因此，教师的业务素质，综合能力等直接关系到高职教育的成败。作结合理论学习和实际问题，对如何充分发挥教师在高职教育中的作用，提出了自己的看法和建议。

| Abstract: | A teacher is the main part of teaching activity. His job is not only to teach students knowledge but also to educate them. Whether the vocational education is a success or a failure largely depends on the teacher's professional proficiency and comprehensive quality. Combining theoretical study with practical problems, the author gives her own opinions and suggestions on how to bring the teacher's role into full play in higher vocational education. |
